Ashley O. Driscoll
Ashley Driscoll joined BEH in 2014 and became a partner in September 2019. Ashley has spent more than a decade representing exclusively local governments in all aspects of municipal law. Prior to coming to BEH, Ashley worked exclusively with Oregon local governments on labor and employment matters as a management representative. She also clerked for a union-side law firm and for the Oregon Department of Justice, Trial Division, Torts and Employment Section.
Ashley has extensive experience working with a broad range of municipal law issues including labor and employment, public records, public meetings, elections, government ethics, risk management and constitutional law. Ashley has negotiated numerous collective bargaining and associated labor agreements on behalf of employers, represented municipalities in arbitrations and administrative hearings, and drafted ballot measures, charter provisions, ordinances, policies, regulations, and agreements for her clients.
Ashley is a native Oregonian, growing up just outside Portland. In the winters you can find her and her family in the snowy mountains and in the summers on lakes in Eastern Oregon. Ashley left Oregon once for about a decade and likely won’t do that again.
